Copy King on Lee St (near Grace Community Church) has the lowest prices we've found for simple printing needs.  As of March, 2010, a 122-page PDF from Redeemer cost just over $6.00 to print double-sided when we printed 15 copies.  They are also very quick. You can email them at or call 336-333-9900.
